With the new added item and problem description, a lot of text can be added in those field.
However, the fields are not limited in size, nor scrollable, causing the page to be stretched massively if there is a lot of text in those fields.
How forcing a hardcoded size of the layover, and make it scrollable, just like in the configuration page.
