With ZBXNEXT-2156 changes zabbix frontend does not create host interface anymore for new hosts.
But see what happens - all zabbix users before 5.2 had a habit that right after host creation they can go and create items.
Now what happens - they forgot to create interface, go to create items and see a red warning - "no interface found". They should return back to host settings, add interface and then again repeat item creation.

This i not very user friendly (arguable, I know )

Instead frontend could fill a host interface fields with values (like before 5.2) and frontend user could delete interface record (if not needed) before submitting host creation form.
This could be more user friendly.

Or make a setting (global?) to manage the frontend behavior.
