Frontend and API changes to switch to American English

      Following changes are necessary to Americanize UI and API:

      • Remove British English from frontend language selectors. Existing users must be switched to American English with no questions asked.
      • Naming of API methods and API data structure.
      • Change translation strings to match updated (DEV-1783).
