Host prototypes for vSphere are mostly fine but often I'd like to add single hosts manually (see ZBXNEXT-7523 ZBXNEXT-7740 ZBXNEXT-7739 ZBXNEXT-3646 )

Unfortunately using the uuid is a pain, you need to enable ssh and the host, launch a command, filter out the output etc). If the host is reinstalled or replaced, even if the credential are still valid, you need to replace the uuid

If you apply the vCenter template directly to a host you end up with duplicate nodes, the one used to apply the template and the discovered one, causing confusion and errors (can't add esx01.company.tld as discovered host because it already exists as a "master")

It would be nice if the uuid could me omitted (if I'm querying a host directly, what's the point of discovery, there's only one host available) or replaced by a value easier to find (eg. hostname)
