The existing menu structure of the Zabbix UI is somewhat confusing and it does not represent functionality of Zabbix well enough. For example, inexperienced users can hardly find configuration of alerting, while alerting is one of the key features of Zabbix.

A new menu structure should well represent functionality of Zabbix, be more understandable and require less clicks for basic navigation.
