Integration test for passive check protocol

      Please create integration test that will detect following issue:
      ZBX-23727

      It should launch server, passive agent and zabbix get and see that it is working with old version of agent 3.0 and new version of server.

      Additionally it should test that timeout is working with newest agent. 

      Also would be nice to test happy path with:

      Test item passive check

      Action operation → Script -> Execute on Zabbix agent, see zbx_agent_get_value(). Currently uses "Timeout"

      Discovery check.
