      We need to provide ability to increase max number of allowed workers for Agent & Agent2:

      Agent 2 v6.4:

      1. Set Max plugins capacity = 1000
      2. Set Default plugin capacity = 100

      Agent 2 v7.0:

      1. Set Max plugins capacity = 1000
      2. Set Default plugin capacity = 1000

      Agent v7.0:

      1. Set default value of  StartAgent = 10
      2. Set default value StartAgent = 3 for RaspberryX and similar small systems
