Summary

Licensing policy must support fair usage of Zabbix, including SAAS usage and encouraging creating new capabilities by opening API, plugins, connectors to 3rd party development as possible.

Use case

1. As a Zabbix LLC I want to minimize risk of unfair usage of Zabbix by enforcing source code redistribution even for SAAS use cases.
2. As a user I want to extend Zabbix functionality (by creating a plugin/connector/module/widget/template) for specific use case with possibility to make this functionality public or gain financially form these improvements.
3. As a Zabbix LLC I want to maximize new capability development by 3rd parties (modules/widgets, plug-ins, connectors).
