Additionally dashboard time selector must be taken into account when displaying data.

To implement this, changes to FR & Spec shall be made:

1)Add "Time period" field (before History data field) in column configuration (similar to Item value widget -> Aggregation function -> last -> "Time period")

1.1) Do not display time period selector in the dashboard, if it is not required by other widgets

2) Create DB patch for existing widgets

set "Time period" to custom
