Time selector filter doesn't work if Show -> History field is not applied before in home tab 

This behavior is confusing because there is no indication why time selection is not applicable in this particular scenario.

Precondition:

Generate some problems with different duration time

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Monitoring->Problems page
2. Select Show->Problems filter
3. Apply the filter
4. Select Show->History filter
5. Open time selection filter
6. Select time period from "Previous year" or any other from time selection options
7. Check result

Result: nothing happened, filtering results is not updated because user has not applied History filter in home tab (main filter tab).
