Fix misleading Device uniqueness criteria

      Simple change in frontend that will save lot of confusion in "Device uniqueness criteria" in network discovery.

      This way each zabbix version explains how things work, so administrators upgrading to 7.0 and proxy groups will understand how things change without searching documentation (missing, filled ZBX-24965 for it).
