Disable SNMPBulk (walk[] item) UnavailableDelay retries

      Hi Zabbix devs,

      Working on a network highly sensitive for number of sessions, I noticed an issue with the SNMPBulk (walk[]) items. 

       

      These items utilise the UnavailableDelay= time when unavailable. It will retry the bulk request every X time configured using the SNMPPoller . For example when set to 30s:

      We would like to be able to completely disable these retries to limit the number of sessions (and bytes). This to improve Zabbix as a tool used in Telecom businesses.
