 Description   

The delete link is not displayed in the pop up menu, even though all service dependencies are soft linked and we should be able to delete the service.

Would be great to know what "soft" link means
Current doc doesn't have description of the "soft" attribute.

Fixed a minor naming issue in 28442, otherwise everything is great.
