Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Dashboards.
2. Open any dashboard in editing mode.
3. Create a Top Hosts widget:
   1. Add two columns:
      1. Enter some non-empty name.
      2. Select Data = Item value.
      3. Select Display = Indicators.
      4. Select an item which does not have values.
4. Save the widget and the dashboard.

Result:

Empty table is displayed for the widget with "No data" text and a partial border.

Expected:

The border is full-width.
