Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up SLA properly
2. Wait for Daylight Saving time to change
   

Result:
SLA not calculated properly

Expected:
Daylight saving time change does not affect SLA calculations

Timezone is properly set up on the frontend side as well and it is synced.
