Y-axis is not displayed on the overridden side

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create new graph widget (with Right Y-axis)
      2. Override with the other Y-axis (Left)

      Result:
      The Y axis is not displayed on the other side.

      Expected:
      The Y-axis should be displayed on the overridden side.
