time function in trigger evaluation error

      i've defined this expression on my trigger

      {ADSL:ifHCOutOctets.9.time(0)}

      >081500&

      {ADSL:ifHCOutOctets.9.time(0)}

      <235959
      when i test with 070000, i've got true result but true answer is not expected

      see the attached image
      so i 've made some change to the expression like this:

      {ADSL:ifHCOutOctets.9.time(0)}

      >81500&

      {ADSL:ifHCOutOctets.9.time(0)}

      <235959

      and get the expected result
