Provide MSI for windows agent

      As a windows administrator I would like to deploy the zabbix agent through AD so that I can easy manage and update and monitor the agent installation.

      To be able to do this an MSI must be created from the agent binary and it's config.
      Providing an MSI would make adoption and acceptance on windows platforms broader as less effort is neccessary to maintain and install the agent.
