Implement Check for not supported value preprocessing step test.

      1. Check for not supported value step should be testable by itself.
      2. Error about item support should be shown in front of this step in Item test popup.
      3. As this step is always executing first, no matter in which step it is placed in preprocessing, in Item test form it could be always placed first.
