Tags inherited from items are not visible in trigger configuration

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create tags on item level
      2. See them in Triggers screen as inherited
      3. Open specific trigger configuration

      Result:
      Inherited Item tags are not shown as inherited

      Expected:
      To see all inherited tags.
